“You don’t love yourself enough. Or you’d love your nature too, and what it demands of you. People who love what they do wear themselves down doing it, they even forget to wash or eat. Do you have less respect for your own nature than the engraver does for engraving, the dancer for the dance, the miser for money or the social climber for status? When they’re really possessed by what they do, they’d rather stop eating and sleeping than give up practicing their arts.”– Marcus Aurelius
Separated from everything, you can be like an alien on your own home planet.
It happens. Failing to deliver; you know what you want to be but regularly and frequently are not. There’s a discrepancy.

Meditate on your pain. If you can not win today, at least do that, so you’ll learn a lesson.
Beautiful days are passing, can you live them beautifully? They should be art, not any less care should be given than a painter gives for the painting, a dancer for the dance or a miser for the money.
Start breaking cages, stop painting yourself in corners. It’s not really dangerous. Be uncomfortable for a while if that is the price to pay. Become again a part of this universe, play your game gladly, don’t be separate. Being separate you become like a cancer.
Now is the time you can do things.
