When and if it comes. You don’t know what happens. It may never come for you, and all you worry now is for nothing. When it comes, it will be dealt with then. If you know for a particular event what to expect, then prepare. Otherwise, just deal with it when its time comes.
You will have the same resources (or almost the same).
Granted, we get older and our resources will diminish. Also, we learn new skills all the time. Apart from having some serious health condition, you can expect to enjoy roughly the same mental and physical resources in the near future.
Rely on your own resources now. Rely on them then.
